Electrified Oak ignites the plethora of sensation experienced by Victor in his quest to discover the secret functions of nature. He cites a formative memory in which he witnesses lightning brutalize the interior of a tree. Sam highlights this moment in the stark tones of cyan blue and a bright, acid white. In this composition, nature is powerful and destructive, yet enlightening which the young Victor sees as a challenge. Through the striking tension of the cyanotype and the AI technology used to create it, Sam encourages us to proceed with caution when dealing with the powers of the natural world.

Prints are shipped flat in a protective parchment sleeve in between two sheets of stiff cardboard to keep prints flat in transit.
