At the center of the pattern are a pair of lungs, throughout the piece are bugs, snails, bones and birds, symbolizing the different layers of the ecosystems in which we live. Benedict posits that through breath and calm, we are able to better connect with our environments. Depicted on silk, the artwork is light and breathable.
